Hi, I am Liam. I have lived at this house for a year and I have loved it as it has ocean views and is easy to get to university and work. One of my roommates and I have lived together for 3 years now and the other one is a neighbour back home in Albany who has moved up to study. We are all active with gym, sports and other activities. We have a spa that we occasionally hop into to watch the sunset and all work well together. We are hoping for a clean like minded person to join us on a years rent here.
