The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 are for rent. We have two toilets and one recently renovated bathroom. There is a fully equipped, very modern kitchen with lots of storage facilities. The laundry has a washer and dryer but there is also an outdoor undercover drying rack if needed.

There is a separate living room, study and dining room. Both the bedrooms are furnished with a bed with linen, pillows and a posturepedic mattress. There are more sets of towels, bedsheets and pillow covers in the linen cupboard. The bedrooms also have a large writing desk with a hutch that is perfect for students. There is a built in wardrobe too. One bedroom has a smaller wardrobe so the student is welcome to use a storage for hanging their clothes in another section in the linen cupboard meant for this purpose.

The dining room has a beautiful wooden that seats 6 people in case you invite your friends.

There is ample parking space for 6 cars, a lawn at the back if you feel like a sit out.

We are looking for a non-smoker, a student at any of the universities in Perth. We would prefer one who is not looking at bringing their friends over for drinking parties.
