About the flatmates
I have had tenants stay with me here since February 2023. They have been either Working Holiday Maker (WHM) visa holders, or students studying at UQ Gatton, Many would be available to provide feedback on their experiences here if required.
I would like at least one reliable tenant to feed my 3 nice horses and 4 chickens on the rare occasions when I might not be at home. (Compensation for this will be provided if I have to be away for more than one day.)
I'm a clean, tidy, quiet and considerate person, and so would like to find similar tenants.
NOTE that tenants are required to give a MINIMUM of 7 DAYS NOTICE prior to leaving, or some of their Bond money may not be returned.
