I’m looking for a quiet, considerate student or professional to rent one bedroom for a short-to-medium stay (around 6–12 months).
I have my young grandkids staying over at least two days per week (daycare days), so you’d need to be genuinely comfortable in a child-friendly home. Outside of those days, the house is generally very settled and quiet.
