My Wife and I are in the main Bedroom with Ensuite at the other end of the house so you will have privacy.
Our delightful son, Coby (6 Yrs old) has his own room.
Lovely patio area with BBQ.
There will be two boarders to share the main bathroom.
Access to a nice laundry.
$280 per week (including water, electricity and NBN fast Internet)
Exception to the electricity is the use of the Air conditioning and clothes dryer.
Walking distance to the USC University and Short drive to TAFE college.
Across the road is a shopping centre IGA and restaurants. Woolworths and Coles supermarkets are not too far (within 5km) Asian supermarket 20 mins.
Looking for a quiet Female that can keep the room and common areas in a clean, neat and tidy condition.
Non-students also considered that are employed.

Strictly no parties or Sleepovers.
Okay with visitors over for dinner or lunch/BBQ.

Common areas must do fair share at keeping these areas clean.
