We have available a limited selection of Shared Accommodation Two and Three-bedroom fully furnished villas including washing machine; full sized kitchen including oven and fridge.

Each bedroom has a ceiling fan and contains a Queen or double bed; wardrobe; study desk and chair. Private courtyard.

There is a choice of rooms to suit your budget and situation.

Room B/C - 3Bdr Villa - share bathroom with 1 other; share with up to 3 others - $249/week;
Room A - 3Bdr Villa - own ensuite and garage; share with up to 2 others - $299/week for one tenant ;

Room A - 3Bdr Villa - own ensuite and garage; share with up to 2 others - $388/week for couple tenant;

Room B - 2Bdr Villa - own ensuite; share with 1 other - $299/week.

Boarding Services include fortnightly cleaning of shared areas, electricity, water & UNLIMITED Wifi – rate based on one person. Limited couple rooms are available.
