About the flatmates
I am a retired University Lecturer who own my property i live by myself with a puppy dog therefore not pets are permitted in the studio.
I offer a private fully furniture mini studio to ONLY UNIVERSITY STUDENT in a quiet street at one block to the Brighton Le Sands beach, bust a the door near train station and whole amenities nearby, the rent includes bills but internet to be negotiable.
Microwave oven kettle and dining table is also provided
The studio is only for Students from UNI or TAFE or Colleges but i prefer not International Students and NOT couples please do not insists.
