The townhouse has high ceilings, great water pressure and dimmable lights. The living space is large and open with lots of plants. The house and your room is already furnished with a desk, chair, Queen bed, closet and kallax unit.

The place is only 5 minutes walk to Sydney University. It is 10 minutes walk to Newtown and Glebe. The best cafes nearby are Deus Ex Machina and The Twelve Cafe, which are 30 seconds from the front door. There are supermarkets, bus stops and gyms super close by. There is also a park opposite the building.

The room is large at 3.4 x 4.9.

2 bedrooms, 2 modern style bathrooms.

There is also a rooftop swimming pool.

There are air conditioning units on all 3 levels for cooling and heating, and one for your room.

There is a dishwasher, laundry and Wi-Fi.

Bills are split evenly.
To give you an idea of the normal bill costs they are:

Wifi is $74.99 a month (we split in half)
Gas bill is usually $280 for three months (we split in half)
Electricity is very cheap $80 for three months (we split in half)

We don't have to pay for water! :)
