This apartment is located at 301-303 Anzac Parade, Kingsford, in an excellent location. It’s just a 3-5 minute walk to the main entrance of UNSW, so you don’t have to rush to class. The apartment is part of Olympia Court, and students living nearby are likely familiar with it—Tokyo Supermarket is right downstairs, and Jinjiang Supermarket is next door, making shopping very convenient. The light rail station is right outside, providing easy access to the City and Central Station.
The building requires key card access at both the main entrance and the elevator. Located on the bustling Anzac Parade, it’s much safer compared to the dark alleys inside Kingsford, so you don’t have to worry about safety even if you come home late at night.
There are all kinds of restaurants downstairs, making it easy for students who like to dine out. Right next door, you’ll find Time for Thai and a Malaysian restaurant, and of course, there are also various restaurants in the area.
The apartment features 3 bedrooms, 1 living room, and 2 bathrooms, with solid wood flooring throughout. This room has a large balcony, and the entire living room is not used as a bedroom. The internet is unlimited with TPG, so there’s no need to worry about data limits. The apartment comes fully furnished, including a washing machine, dryer, refrigerator, microwave, and oven.
The room is equipped with a study desk and chair, as well as a king-size bed. There’s an oversized floor-to-ceiling window leading to the balcony, and a sliding screen door outside the window helps keep out mosquitoes in the summer.
