-15 mins travel time to mq shopping centre / mq university/ the train station via bus. Ie catch the 288, 517 or 518. 30mins if walking there instead.
-12mins travel time to North Ryde Library, cafes and shops ie catch the 288 in the opposite direction.
-on a quiet residential street. We are near Santa Rosa Park if desiring to go for a run
- with access to gas facilities ie gas stove, gas heater in living room in winter.
-ceiling fans throughout the house

-lots of storage space
I am happy to share my cooking utensils pots and pans, plates and cutlery.
Accepting singles ($330/week). They have to be comfortable with living with a dog (we have a whippet cross)
