Available Rooms ($360/week each):
• Modern Comfort: Each room features a brand-new King Single Gas Lift Bed (extra storage underneath!), desk, chair, and bedside table.
• All-Inclusive: No extra costs! Rent includes Electricity, Water, High-Speed Wi-Fi & Ethernet Connection in each room.
• Premium Facilities: Access to a stunning modern kitchen (with dedicated student fridge), laundry, and a high-quality filtered water system.
• Bathrooms: Beautifully renovated shared bathroom for students, plus an additional 2nd toilet for convenience.
Location Perks:
• 🚶 15-min walk to Macquarie University.
• 🛍️ 20-min walk to Macquarie Shopping Centre & Metro.
• 🛒 8-min walk to Woolworths Marsfield.
• 🚌 8-min walk to Bus Stop (Agincourt Rd & Balaklava Rd).
Terms & Rules:
• Rent: Paid Fortnightly.($720 every two weeks)
