🛏️ Apartment Features:

2 Bedrooms, 1 Bathroom: Both the master and secondary bedrooms come with wardrobes (approx. 200cm x 250cm) and study desks, and are fully furnished. The master bedroom has two parts, which are a living area and a work area (Picture 8 & 12 will be a good example of showing this).
Bathroom: Includes a shower and bathtub.
Kitchen: Equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, refrigerator, stove and a knife set.
Utility Room: Includes storage space, with a washing machine and dryer available for free use in the common area.
Living Room: Features an air conditioner.

🚗 Parking:
You can obtain a parking card ($50 deposit), which allows you to use the car park at High St. There’s limited availability and you may be placed on a waiting list.

I’m an international freshman studying computer engineering.
I rarely cook, so the kitchen space is almost all yours!
I enjoy swimming, reading, and music (huge fan of Jeremy Soule and Mick Gordon, with a bit of classical now and then).
Sometimes plays video games on the weekend, and my favorite subject is math!
I value cleanliness and quietness (Yeah cuz I spend most of my time studying).

📅 Rental Options:

I will be living the secondary bedroom, so there are two options for you:

If You Are Willing to Share the Master Bedroom as Two (The layout of this mode will be like picture 10 - 12):
Kings bed (183cm x 203cm or 72 in x 80 in): $260 per week
Single bed (92cm x 188cm or 36 in x 74 in): $240 per week

If You Prefer Living in the Master Bedroom for One (or couple):
Kings bed: $475 per week (Single)
Kings bed: $525 per week (Couple)
And the layout of this mode will be like picture 1 - 2.
Note: I'm happy if you want to take another single bed into your room as well, cuz anyways I'm just gonna use one.

Bills (gas, electricity, internet) are not included.

💰 Bond: $1100 per person, which is one- third of the 4 weeks' total rent.

📅Least Term: At least for 3 months.

Important: This is off-campus accommodation of UNSW, so you’ll need a UNSW COE to rent.

Hence the bond and rent will be handled by UNSW Off-Campus Accommodation and Eastside Realty, not me. However, I'm happy to show you around for an inspection!
