About the flatmates
We are a quiet family of four with two children (8 and 11). We keep to ourselves and value privacy, so we are looking for someone with a similar lifestyle. Ideally a student in their 20s–30s who is quiet, independent, and not working from home.
The studio is fully self-contained at the back of the house with a private entrance. It is fully furnished and includes a full kitchenette, private bathroom, storage bed with TV unit, small IKEA desk, natural light with privacy curtains, and access to the back garden.
We are looking for someone private, tidy, and respectful. No smoking, no drugs, no loud music, no parties, and no long-stay guests. This is not a social house, it suits someone who prefers their own space.

5-minute walk to Randwick shopping area
15-minute walk to Coogee
5-minute walk to transport
10-minute walk to the hospital
20-minute walk to Bondi Junction
