About the flatmates
Hi, my name is Dante I manage the property but will be moving out, however I will still be managing the property remotely.
Colin lives in bedroom 3 in the property and helps me manage it onsite. He is originally from Malaysia and works in production at Disney full time. He will be your first port of call for any issues, followed by myself.
Colin is super lovely and works from home 2-3 days a week, he mostly minds his own business and hangs out in his room, however he also enjoys the occasional movie in the lounge room or beer at the pub.
Erran lives in Bedroom 3 and is from HongKong, he is quite introverted so I doubt you will see him much. That being said he is very kind.
Both Colin and Erran have been living at the property for close to a year and no one has ever had any issues. This house is for the young and middle aged professional types that have experience sharing a house.
The place is always kept nice and tidy by everyone, especially the common areas.
