We are just 8 minute walk from the Train Station, and 2 minute walk from Bus stop. Located in a quite neighborhood. We have 1 large European style open kitchen with full kitchen appliances 2 bathrooms 1 large living area 2 large inside and outside balcony 1 laundry room with washing machine and dryer House rules : 1. Hygiene is really important to us, my fiance and I are both busy with work and studies for which we do not have time to do extra cleaning. We expect you to clean as you go, you cook, you clean after, no left overnight for cleaning in the morning, your room to be cleaned weekly etc. 2. Punctual with rent payment, we all studying and working to pay bills. Any delay in rent creates unnecessary issue with the owners. It's pretty much straight forward. I understand we all have problems in our life but you have to make rent arrangement on time regardless. Our last 2 tenants did not pay us rent for 4 weeks before disappearing. 3. No smoking, no drinking, no loud music, no late night drama due to friends, no having friends stay over. 4. Sense of responsibility, respect for privacy & personal space.

The property is all-inclusive (bills, wifi, rent etc). It's in the city, so it's close to central locations such as shopping centres (Emporium, Melbourne Central, QV), cafes and parks. You can pretty much walk to any major places in the CBD. The Atira building offers a communal kitchen, a movie theatre, a gym and a multi-purpose area which is on the 42nd floor (where you can also enjoy a beautiful view of the sunset). This student accommodation is also big on the community so expect a lot of events happening throughout the week to meet and make friends. There's also 24-hour security surveillance with key-card access into the building and rooms so everything is secure. The front desk and RAs are also happy to lend a hand with anything. This accommodation is perfect for students (especially if you just want a place to live in while still looking - this gives you a chance to get to know the area) and backpackers as this location is central to Melbourne's hotspots. As for the room, you will be sharing it with other girls who are respective of spaces - they're never loud and they don't cause any trouble for people that live with them. They are also very friendly and approachable. Also, just to note that if you do decide to live here, bed sheets, pillows and blankets are not provided because it's just a hygienic issue :)
