Lease: 1–4 months, we don’t do 12 months rental or long term rental as we use the property few months a year for family visiting.
Rent includes: Water, electricity, internet, and carport parking with CCTV

Location: 200m to bus stop (3 direct buses to Cairns in the morning), 500m to lifeguarded beach

Ideal for: Working holiday visa holders or professionals relocating to Cairns
Not suitable for: Children, pets, more than two occupants, or excessive belongings

The studio was fully renovated 10 months ago and is equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The complex has 4 units total, quiet hours from 10 PM, and a large shared backyard. Owners regularly come to clean the commun areas and maintain the gardens
