The studio is fully furnished with a queen bed, bath tub, walk in robe, large kitchen, 6 seater dining setting and small lounge area. Large doors open to the garden with a private sitting area and separate entry. A shared laundry is available as well.

There is on street parking for you to use with only 5 minutes driving to Southern Cross University or the hospital. It is only a 15 minute bike ride to South Lismore Industrial estate where holiday VISA jobs are available.

Electricity, gas and water bills are included.
