Studio with ensuite and kitchenette on the ground floor of our Miami House. The room is located at the front of the house on the ground floor with separate access via a sliding door. The internal door is locked off to the rest of the house via a deadlock. It has been designed to provide privacy as well as functionality of a studio.

Quiet house and location.
We are a family with 2 young children. We have taken great care to minimise any potential noise.
