The carport directly in front of the granny flat will be used by us, but there is on street parking that you can use. So bear in mind we will be coming and going regularly.
The studio has two ceiling fans and an aircon unit. There is no oven, but there is a dual electric cooktop.
Bus stop 20 metres away and approx 15-20 min walk to tram line.

We are looking for someone quiet and respectful. No drugs or partying.

The apartment is currently mostly unfurnished. There is a fridge and washing machine for you. But requires everything else.
