Our studio granny flat is for rent!
It's a separate building to the main house but we will be sharing a front gate/front yard area.
Myself and my partner live next door. We're pretty quiet people.
The carport directly in front of the granny flat will be used by us, but there is on street parking that you can use. So bear in mind we will be coming and going regularly
The studio has two ceiling fans and an aircon unit. There is no oven, but there is a dual electric cooktop.
Bus stop 20 metres away and approx 15 min walk to tram line.

We are looking for a woman only. No couples or men.

We are looking for someone quiet and respectful. No drugs or partying. We are looking for someone who is studying or working full time.

My partner works full time and I work in hospitality and also from home.

The apartment is partially furnished. There is a fridge, TV and brand new washing machine for you.

We're flexible with how long you'd like to stay for. Minimum 2 months and just require two weeks notice if you'd like to leave.
