Perfectly suited to a single person - the space may not suit a couple due to the size, but you are welcome to view in case the space suits. Rent is $430 per week for a couple - message me to come take a look!

Must be working, clean & respectful, and please note this is NOT a party house and not suitable to invite others here for social gatherings due to the nature of the space. We live on the upstairs level of the home and are a friendly working couple in their late 30's. We keep to ourselves as we work a lot and come home to rest and we enjoy a quiet home in the evenings, so you'll have your privacy.

*Please note - the upstairs space of the home is not accessible to successful applicants - only the lower level of the home will be your space and you will have your own private entrance from your carport.

*Important to also note that the furnished photos are outdated and the new furnishings are different - unable to get new photos of the space at this time as it is currently occupied, however the photos give you an idea of how the space looks once furnished. The new furnishings are different. We can remove some things if you have your own furniture.

There is a local bus stop 5 minutes walk down the road if you don't have a car, and takes 3 mins by bus to get into Main Street Airlie Beach. Or if you need a taxi the cost is around $15 to get into town. You can also walk into Main Street Airlie which is around 25-30 minutes walk.

There is a pub with great food, a supermarket, post office, hair dresser and a cafe a short 3 mins walk down the road for convenience.

We are flexible on length of stay for the right person :)

A formal/official copy of photo ID will be required to apply & to be considered. Must be working and respectful.
