This is a private studio (no housemates) on the top floor of the apartment complex. It has a private balcony with beautiful city views at sunset. It comes with furniture from the owner and a little kitchenette. The bathroom door doesn't close fully but it is private enough.
I've enjoyed living here for a year now and I'm moving before my lease was supposed to expire. Ideally you'd move in around the 17th of February and be looking for a 12 month lease.
Since the rental market is competitive right now I'm looking for someone who will appreciate this little home as much as I did.
