I am David and I am a builder and renovator. Behind my house I have three cozy timber cabins on a rear block in the heart of Hamilton Hill. Two cabins are now finished and available for tenancy!

The cabins are an open kitchen/bedroom floor plan with a sliding door into the ensuite. The bed shown in the image is a double bed and the cabin comes furnished and with all kitchen appliances. There is also a fold down ladder into the roof for storage.

The rent includes bills and wifi. The cabin has reverse cycle AC and there is off-street parking for one car.

It's a really good opportunity for a single or couple who want a private and quiet living arrangement very central to the South Freo strip and beach. The cabins are also opposite a park, and close to the bus stop and IGA.

Rental agreements are minimum 3 month agreement and have the usual one month notice with one month bond. Available for viewing now with tenancy starting anytime around christmas.
