Hey y 'all!

Say hi to this is 130yrs old, 4 metres ceiling, spacious studio flat!✨

I am planning to go on a vacation in March, between 18th of March and 3rd of April! Looking for someone or couples to take care of my beautiful studio flat for two weeks.

So what we have got in the studio?

Dining area with old school table, chairs and kitchenette( microwave, airfryer,kettle, toaster,fridge...everything that all you need),enormous sofa on the other side of the room and king size bed ofcourse! Did i mention that amazing bath tub while showering with the sun lights ??!🌞

Location wise:

-15mins walk to the Newtown and Redfern train stations
-4 min short walk to the city buses 🚌
-Close to the coffee shops, pharmacy and heart of the Newtown🤭

All bills are included to the rent! (Except internet unfortunately)🥲

For the couples ,the rent will be:700 $( bills included)🙃
