The main villa is a new home to my two 90 year old grandparents and my mum (3 people currently). They are lovely and friendly people, and are always looking to help out or have a chat. They have been co-existing with tenants for the past 20+ years and know boundaries and the right etiquette.

We would prefer someone who can speak Chinese Mandarin.
