I'm easygoing and I work on a permanent part time basis. I like peace and quiet but occasionally I strum a guitar on my own or very occasionally share a mini jam with a couple of friends. I have no pets and I just like to come home and relax after work and watch Netflix and/or listen to music. I'm a bit of an artist and I am crafty and like to paint and do other crafts and I also travel some time on weekends. I love kids and I don't mind babysitting occasionally if I'm living in a granny flat on your property and you want to head out fora date night. I love the ocean and also love the bush and animals so would prefer a seaside or rural location. I also have my own house out west and tend to hang there or travel on weekends. I've lived off the grid and in a yurt so living a bit rough is no problem. Please contact me if you think I'm a good fit for your place. I’m currently on the dsp and finding it extremely difficult to find a place (just like everyone else). I do hope to find some volunteer work in the area I eventually live. My rental history is excellent, references happily provided if needed. I have lived solo for many years due to too many loud and messy housemates in the past. But, I’m open to giving it another go. I’m very easygoing and family oriented. Included in my current health care plan is medical marijuana, it is not something that everyone is accepting of. I do not share medication, it is not something I would usually mention to anyone, but to live together harmoniously I need to ensure it won’t be a problem. I’m an outdoor only smoker, no exceptions.
