Hey! I’m Izzy, 28, and I’m looking for a comfortable, friendly place to call home.

I’m pretty independent and easygoing at home. I like having my own space and downtime, but I’m also happy to have a chat, share a drink or occasionally hang out with the people I live with. I’m clean and respectful of shared spaces without being obsessive about everything looking like a display home.

I’m currently looking to get back into legal work/study and have a stable ongoing income, so I’m after somewhere that feels relatively settled and peaceful rather than a full-on party house.

I’m autistic, which mostly just means I appreciate straightforward communication and a home where everyone is comfortable doing their own thing. I’m pretty adaptable and would much rather just communicate about household stuff than let little annoyances quietly turn into a Cold War over the dishwasher.

I also come with Kim, my very loved indoor cat. He’s well behaved, used to living around other animals and is good with both cats and dogs, so an existing furry housemate isn’t necessarily a problem. He’s very well looked after and I’m obviously happy to discuss anything needed around having a pet in the house.

Ideally I’d love to live with people who are relaxed, communicative and respectful of each other’s space, and somewhere I can genuinely make myself at home rather than just renting a room.
