About Me-
Hi, I'm Izzy (27). I grew up on the Sunny Coast but have lived in Melbourne/Brisbane for the past few years before coming back home to support my mum through her battle with breast cancer (which she beat and is in full remission for!) and also to complete the final year of my Bachelor of Laws in 2027at USC part-time.

I am friendly, respectful, and I will always ensure that I am someone that is understanding, cooperative, clear and open. I value open communication and a relaxed, stress free home. The current state of finding rental accommodation is already so tough on everyone so I will always strive to make co-living as smooth of a process as I can for all.

Pets-
I have 2 de-sexed, litter trained cats who are indoor/outdoor depending on the set up. They are always inside come night time. They're extremely sweet, well behaved and much loved little boys. I keep their care, cleaning and responsibilities 100% handled. They are a very comforting presence and love a cuddle, if you even see them at all!

What I'm Looking For-
-Short to medium term rental (3-6 months ideally).
-Open to housemates of any gender/age/walk of life. As long as you are honest and can respect shared spaces I’m easy :)
-Pet friendly, respectful housemates. I’m not looking for a party house just somewhere peaceful to recharge from the outside world.
-Budget: up to $350/week, ideally with bills included.

A Bit More-
I am tidy but not obsessive. I’ve worked hard to find a balance between keeping spaces clean and tidy but also allowing myself and others to be human and to not have too much pressure to keep everything pristine constantly. I am a very social person and love to talk, learn and understand different people and how they think, especially if that’s different to my own opinions and beliefs, there’s no need for us to be similar or to have lots in common for us to get along.

I don’t drink alcohol which is just a personal preference, I’ll happily go to events with others drinking. I also enjoy my own space. I'm super happy to have a meal or a chat after work, but also completely respect alone time. I would welcome the possibility of us all becoming good friends, however if the vibes aren't there, there is no need to force anything. I will be a considerate and respectful house mate no matter our relationship.

I don’t have any expectations on how a fellow roommate should be living their life in regards to smoking/drinking/guests/diet/sexuality etc etc. As long as we are open and forthcoming with each-other and are willing to compromise theres not many hurdles that can’t be jumped in my opinion.

I will always be considerate with noise and will always have rent paid on time, if not a week ahead. I have financial stability from both work; a disability pension so I am never without income in any given week.
