About the flatmates
The current flatmate is a 19 year old, full time working male, whose parents own the property. He is often out at the beach or away camping- quiet person who likes his own company. Another occupant is a 2 year old female staffie, who is everyone's best friend. Another room is occupied by a couple in their early twenties.
Our new flatmate is most suitably a single occupant- no couples please.
