I don't smoke, rarely drink (& never to excess), & my children are all grown. I mostly spend my time Xbox games, watching YouTube or CrunchyRoll, & am hoping to get back into Powerlifting. I’m looking for some quiet & tidy, and I have no need for car space as the Government doesn’t all people with fuzzy eyesight to drive.

I highly value a calm and organized environment, and I tend to spend a lot of my time working or studying. That said, I’m also easygoing, friendly, and enjoy spending time with good company when the moment calls for it! Ideally, I’d love to live somewhere along the metro line, but anywhere close to Bella Vista works too. My budget is around $200-$250 per week.
