Hi there! I’m looking for a place from next month :) I’m Italian–Australian (just became an Aussie a few months ago 😊). I’ve been spending some time back in Italy and now I’m returning to Sydney. I work in property development and I’m still at the start of my climb compared to where I want to be (recently changed field). I will be in the office everyday in CBD Monday to Friday and usually in the gym after that. I love challenges. I’m currently on a one-year no drinking/smoking streak (7 months in and going probably forever ✨). That said, I still know how to have fun and can happily make it to an 8am wedding after-party, high on life. I enjoy being surrounded by people who are focused on their personal and professional growth, and who bring a positive, stimulating vibe to the home. I value respect and fairness, and I’m seriously not into conflict. I like when plans are clear from the start so everyone can enjoy a harmonious space. Outside of work, I’m into beach, hikes, gym, tennis, beach volleyball, sailing, pickleball, art, theatre, and basically anything that makes you feel hot, classy and cool! I’d describe myself as ambitious, positive, passionate, respectful, fair, fun… and always on a diet 😌.
