My home is located in St Kilda, only a block from the beach and is very close to the shops, cafes, restaurants and bars on Acland St. It is set back from the street and is wonderfully quiet and private. There's a good sized enclosed sunny backyard with BBQ, and fenced front courtyard, so great for pets. ( I'm very dog friendly!). There are 2 double bedrooms upstairs. The kitchen and bathroom are in original condition ( ie: have not been updated yet), however everything is functional. There is also a laundry ( with washer and dryer ), and 2nd toilet downstairs. There is communal off street parking usually available, but it is based on a "first in first serve" basis, so there may be times when you will have to park on the street ( no parking limits ).
