My home has ocean views, and a large balcony with views to Kirra Point. A lot of natural light and green plants. Big fully stocked kitchen and renovated bathroom. 2 bedrooms (1 queen bed, 1 single bed). 5 mins walk to beach.

I am looking for reliable tenants to rent my home for just 2 weeks, while I am away travelling. The home will remain fully furnished with all of my belongings, so you would need to be ok with that and respectful of my things.

All bills are included, including internet (though it is not unlimited).

Parking would be on the street.

Big kitchen with lots of appliances/pots/utensils.

Desk in spare room for those wishing to work from home.

I have heaps of plants, so I’d also ask you to water and take care of them.

I live in a residential block with other units, so tenants need to be very respectful of noise and neighbours. This is not a party house.

I will be looking to meet you in person in advance to make sure we are a good fit. The most important thing to me is that we are clear on expectations up front to make sure it’s a seamless stay for both parties.
