Beautiful, spacious and light-filled space with a large balcony in a quiet neighbourhood
• 5 min drive to the beach
• 5 min drive to Pac Fair shops

The place is fully furnished, while the room is unfurnished. The room gets natural light, has a calling fan and large wardrobe.

💰 Cost
• $360 per week
• $1,440 bond
• Bills will need to be spilt (wifi/electricity)

🌴Other
You’ll be living with myself, and a 4yr old female cavoodle, so pet lover is ideal. Looking for someone who is easy going, and would be keen to do some fun roomie things like beach/markets/movie night etc every now and then! There is a lock up garage which we could share each week, street parking is limited but around.
