The location is fantastic, as it’s close to supermarkets, Chevron Isaland and HOTA (cinema, Sunday farmers market, art gallery, roof top restaurant…)
Fully furnished kitchen, living room with TV, leather lounge, separate laundry area, toilet and a shower room. We can also supply beddings if you want.
Suited for 3 to 4 people to move in together.

Room 1- can be shared by 2 people as it has 2 king single beds or can be combined to a king bed for one person. It has a built in wardrobe, one chest of drawers, two bedside tables.
Room 2- queen bed (smaller room). It also has a single wardrobe, a study desk and chair and a bedside table.
Room 3- two single bed or can supply a Queen bed (medium size). It also has a built in wardrobe, two bedside tables and a desk.

We are looking for a 6 month lease term.
Only Internet is included in the rent, not the electricity or water. The house has solar panels, so it covers most of the electricity bill.
