I’m a 24 year old disability support worker living alone in a 3 bedroom house with my dog Mia in Nirimba 🐶
This is a quiet, extremely clean, smoke free, drug free and relaxed household.

I would ideally like to find a female around my age but open to a male if they fit the criteria. I would like to find someone who is similar to me, who could be a friend not just a housemate.
I definitely NEED this person to love Mia and respect her and her space.

I have a spare room that will be unfurnished plus a bathroom all for yourself apart from when guests come over. Rent would be around $300 bills not being included in rent.
Bond will be 4 weeks of rent.

Ideally looking for someone short term to start off with but definitely possibility of long term if all things go well🪴
