Furnished 2-Bedroom Apartment | Bondi–Bronte Border | Short-Term (5 Weeks)

We’re renting out our fully furnished, top-floor two-bedroom apartment while we’re overseas. It’s a comfortable, well-lived-in home in a great spot on Birrell Street (Bondi–Bronte border) — walkable, convenient, and close to everything without being right in the middle of the noise.

The apartment is bright and airy with good natural light throughout, and it opens onto a large, sunny balcony with a gas BBQ, which gets great light and is perfect for morning coffee with views over the leafy neighbourhood and glimpses of the ocean. Being on the top floor of a small building also means privacy, airflow, and no one above you.

• Around 15 minutes’ walk to Tamarama or Bronte Beach
• Easy access to the Bondi–Bronte coastal walk
• Bus stop directly across the road with the 360 bus, providing easy access to Bondi Junction, the CBD, and nearby suburbs
• Close enough to Bondi for convenience, but far enough toward Bronte for a quieter, more local feel

This is a short-term private rental for approximately 5 weeks, great for someone visiting family in the area.
