This apartment is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom unit. I am currently traveling and won’t be back for at least 4 months so the entire house (except for my room which I will lock when I leave) is yours! You will have exclusive access to 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom, living room, kitchen and a giant balcony. The apartment is very spacious, and has a large balcony with breathtaking views.

The apartment is fully furnished - both rooms have queen sized beds, along with side tables and chairs. Full wall-sized wardrobes that have mirrors in both rooms. One room also has a large 55” Smart TV as well. The apartment is north facing, on a very high floor, so very well ventilated and good natural light throughout the day. The Epping train station as well as the Metro station are just around the corner - 3 mins walk; It’s well connected and close by to everything. Coles, local cafes and restaurants are all around the area.
