Hi! I’m working full-time in the city and looking for a comfortable, clean housemate who is willing to sign a lease together. My current lease will end on 6th March 2026 and I’m looking for someone who is interested in getting a newly constructed apartment (something similar to attached pics) together.

I have furniture that can fit in a 2 bedroom apartment but happy to consider if there’s anything that you would like to bring in.

I’m a respectful and easy-going housemate who enjoys a tidy living space and values a peaceful, friendly environment. During the week I’m usually out and about with work, and on weekends I like to relax, explore the city, or catch up with friends. I’m always happy to have a chat but also very mindful of personal space. Ideally looking for someone like-minded who appreciate a calm and clean home.
