Also near different places of interest: City (15 min by bus), Bondi Junction train station (10 min by walk), Bronte Beach (10 min by walk), Clovelly 10 mins. The rate does not include internet connection and electricity bills and at ‘the end of lease’ cleaning fee of $450.
