I’ve recently moved into this place, but due to a family emergency I’ll need to be overseas for a minimum of 3 months, so I’m looking to sublet my apartment from April 17th until early–mid July (flexible on return date and I’ll confirm at least 1 month in advance).

$680 per week

Bills included (electricity, water, internet)

Bond: 3 weeks rent

Garage for Car

Master bedroom with queen bed (one set of sheets provided)

Second bedroom currently set up as a home office

I do have an extra queen bed base (no mattress) — a mattress can potentially be arranged for short-term stays if needed
