Fully equiped kitchen with electric stove top and oven. Smart TV with many preloaded apps. Wash machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner. A/C in every room including living room plus ceiling fan in every room as well. Small private balcony with dining table and chairs with a green shrubs view. The apartment is tiled and easy to look after. There is a single lock up garage otherwise parking at the complex car park or on the street (free). Security gates with pin pad. Apartment is located in the middle of a small complex with mainly permanent livings so generaly quiet. Public transport in front of the complex. Walking distance to grocery shops, cafes, restaurants, post office etc. Ideal for stroll or bike around our beaches where you will find a free exercise machines, free BBQ, toilets, showers, safe swimming.
