My flatmate and I are travelling from the 16th to 26th of February and the whole apartment is available to you for just $400 the entire period with utilities included. High-speed internet, air conditioning, TV, washing machine and dryer provided. Kitchen has an induction stove and dishwasher. This is an apartment complex and you also have access to a swimming pool. Safe area with locked access into building. Parking is within the complex and even has a hose for you to wash your car. There's a bike you can use and an automatic transmission car can be rented at an additional cost.

Open to negotiation but we would like someone respectful, clean and tidy. No smokers or pets please. Location is fantastic - 6 minute drive to Thuringowa Central (ALDI, Woolies, Coles). 10 minute walk to the Ross River and 5 minutes away from James Cook University and Hospital.
