This is the entire house for exclusive use (not a shared arrangement).
The home is fully furnished, including a fully equipped kitchen, and is air-conditioned throughout.

As this is a fully furnished and fully equipped home, the successful applicant must be comfortable maintaining the property, furnishings, kitchen equipment, and household items in good condition throughout their stay.

Rent includes all bills, fast internet, and Smart TV (you’ll need your own streaming subscriptions).

Accommodation details:
• Entire house
• Use of one queen bedroom, or
• Use of queen + double bedroom

Rates (all inclusive):
• $550 per week — entire house using one bedroom
• $650 per week — entire house using two bedrooms

The property has external security cameras only (outside areas only) for the safety of the property and occupants.

House conditions:
• No parties
• Quiet area — consideration for neighbours is essential
• Strictly non-smoking
• No pets, sorry
