We are owners of a few short/long term rental apartments. From a few nights to 6-12 months. Price is negotiable and depends on rental terms, etc.

The price starts from $580/week/apartment (if only one tenant for 6-12 months) or $650/week/apartment (for a couple for 6-12 months).The price for a short term ( from one week to a few months) around $850/week. Bills (internet, electricity, water, gas for hot water) included.
