Included furniture/appliances: queen bed, fridge, microwave, dining table + 4 chairs, coffee table. Air con, built-in dishwasher + dryer, and I’ll leave my washing machine.
Building: intercom + fob entry, 2 gyms (cardio + strength), indoor + outdoor pools, jacuzzi + sauna.
Pets considered subject to landlord approval. Suits single or couple (max 2 occupants). Non-smoker preferred.
Note: the owner is selling the apartment. There’s a brief buyer inspection about once per week (15–30 mins), with the time negotiated by mutual agreement with the agent (they’re very chill). The agent will coordinate directly with you.
