It is a two story townhouse located in Maidstone, 2 mins walk away from bus stop. 9km away from Melbourne city center. 6 mins drive to Tottenham train station.

There is a living room, guest room and bathroom on the ground floor you can enjoy to yourself with privacy. I am a full time working professional and I live upstairs on the first floor. We share the laundry room located just up the stairs, featured with top ranked Miele washing machine. We have one floor each 😊 Factory to consider is, there is no kitchen, you can have fridge, small cook or air-fryer.

Living room is currently unfurnished while guest room is equipped with a queen sized bed and mattress. Bed can be removed as per your preference.

The house is located 6 mins drive away from the magnificent Maribyrnong River where you can go walking, jogging and bike riding.

It is also within 10 mins drive away from Highpoint Shopping Center and 9km away from Melbourne CBD.
