The cottage is a quaint 90 year old cottage that is situated in a heritage listed 3 acre garden close to Sherbrooke Forest in the Dandenong Ranges. It is unsuitable for frail, elderly and mobility limited people. Would suit a student keen on gardening (there is a part-time job available to look after the garden, paying $30 per hour). There is a bus at the front gate.

It was designed as a full-sized dolls' house and has a QS bed upstairs (the stairs are steep), compact kitchen with a full-size stove. It also has a laundry with washing machine.

It comes as fully furnished or partially furnished if requested.
Electricity and water is included but not the gas bottles that provide for cooking, hot water and the gas space heater.
