This place is all about the location. Gordons Bay is literally out the door, so swims, snorkels, or just hanging out on the rocks can be part of your daily routine. City, airport, and inner suburbs are all close too, but honestly, you’ll probably just want to stay by the water.

The flat itself is fully furnished and the rent covers everything (electricity, gas, water, internet). Inside you’ll find:

* A queen bed and a full-length mirror
* Bathroom with washing machine
* A fridge that’s way too nice for a building this old
* A granite benchtop that makes everything look fancy
* The comfiest sofa you’ll ever sink into, plus TV, table and chairs
* Outdoor furniture for your morning coffee in the sun

It’s in an older building with plenty of character and great neighbours (I’m next door).

Rent is $780 a week, bills included. Ideally looking for someone for 12 months, but happy to chat. Available mid to late February, but can be a little flexible. The bond will be two weeks rent (in case you flee to Thailand).
