Fully furnished 1 bedroom apartment in the Paddington (super close to the buzzing Surry Hills and Potts Point neighbourhoods).

This is at centre everything, looking out over the parks Moore/Centennial Park at the front of a lovely Victorian terrace house. Some street noise (particularly with balcony doors open!)

The apartment is large (40sqm) with it’s own private balcony bringing light in all day. It is fully furnished and has seperate bedroom & living rooms. There’s a fully equipped kitchen/dining room and your own private bathroom (separate).

Within 10 minutes or less (walk):
Sydney CBD, St. Vincent's Hospital, Entertainment Quarter, Sydney Football Stadium/Cricket Ground, and University of NSW College of Fine Arts

Also close by:
University of Technology Sydney (UTS) and Sydney University are within a 30 minute walk (or short bus ride). UNSW not far away either.

Lots of street parking available, but it's time restricted.
