Redfern, Sydney

Hi there,
I am renting out my freshly renovated 50m2 apartment in Redfern for a few months starting immediately.

It is a modern and comfortable 1 bedroom apartment in perfect location, central but quiet (with acoustic windows). The apartment is furnished and features a fully equipped kitchen and laundry, living room with balcony overlooking the rooftops, bedroom with Queen size bed and built-in wardrobe, and a bathroom with shower and bathtub.
The building has a rooftop terrace with views of the city skyline. There are many cafes and restaurants around, it is 2min walk to Woolworths and Redfern Station, 5min to Waterloo Station, 15min to Central (or 5min by bike).

I am looking for a reliable person or couple (preferably professionals) to rent the whole apartment for a few months before I move back in. We have just finished renovating it, so no parties or smoking - and please handle with care :)
