A bit about myself:
A health professional with several years history working in the hospital system.
Will be working full time typical ~8am-5pm weekday job in 2026.

Previous accommodation:
I have about 13 years of shared accommodation experience with a variety of people.

Cleanliness:
I consider myself to be a clean person, especially in terms of shared areas, and would prefer to live with those who prioritize keeping shared areas in a clean state.

Social:
I keep to myself for the most part, although I am more than open for a friendly chat. When not working I typically sleep or relax in my room (reading, studying, listening to music - headphones, or watching some tv shows - headphones).

Substances:
I personally do not drink alcohol (although I do not mind others that do drink).
Neither do I smoke, however, I would need to live with non-smokers (and non-vapers) only and preferably somewhere that is a non-smoking environment.
I do not do any recreational drugs.

Transport:
As I am not currently in possession of a car, a place relatively near public transport is preferable.
With no car, I do not need a car space.

Animals:
I do not have any pets.

Payments:
I always prefer to pay my portion of the rent at least a week in advance, and am timely with any utility bills (if the utility accounts are in my name I usually pay it within a few days of receiving the bill).

Move in date:
Hoping to move in around mid-January. Ideally 6month lease - open to 12month.
Open to teamups.

Furnishings:
Have my own bed, washing machine and fridge.
